Practice for Autism and Psychotherapy
Clear. Well-founded. Free from labels.
When diagnosis and reality don't match
Many autistic individuals and those with ADHD receive an accurate diagnosis only late in life, or not at all. Instead, they are often labeled as “unstable,” “unable to handle pressure,” or “overly sensitive.”
Women, quiet individuals, and those who heavily mask or compensate are frequently overlooked—and so are trans, non-binary, and other neurodivergent people whose lived experiences do not fit into standard diagnostic frameworks.
What they often share is the practice of “masking”—consciously or unconsciously hiding their symptoms to appear “normal.” It is a protective mechanism that works, yet often comes at a high cost: emotional exhaustion, misdiagnosis, and a deep mistrust of both themselves and the system.
I take my time to look closely.
No hasty conclusions. No labels. Just genuine clarity—backed by expertise, experience, and a principled approach.
In principle, diagnostic assessments can be billed through statutory health insurance, though they are also available as a self-pay service.
The cost is €600 for an ADHD assessment and €600 for an autism assessment.
queerfriendly & neurodivergent
My focus:
I work with people who have often been overlooked or miscategorized within traditional structures. What they share is not a specific symptom, but the experience of not fitting in. Diagnosis and psychotherapy can help—provided they do not add to the stigma, but instead offer context, clarity, and relief.

trans*affirmative & neurodivergence sensitive
How I work:
Without judgment. Without pressure.
But with structure.
My approach is grounded in depth psychology and is sensitive to neurodivergence—with a clear focus on individual lived realities. Many of my clients have long tried to fit in—within their families, at work, and even in therapy. Here, there is no pressure to “function” in order to receive help.
Instead, the focus is on creating a safe space where things can come to light—even if they are uncomfortable, contradictory, or difficult to bear.
I work with experience, professional clarity, and an attitude that takes people seriously rather than categorizing them.

You don’t have to phrase things perfectly
to be understood.
And you don’t have to “function” to get help.
self-determined & sensitive to discrimination

About me
I am a psychological psychotherapist.
I studied psychology at TU Chemnitz (2006–2012).
Subsequently, I completed my postgraduate training as a psychological psychotherapist (C3L Oldenburg, 2014–2022, specializing in depth psychology).
In the interim, I worked in various clinical and social settings (child and youth services, psychosomatic rehabilitation, outpatient addiction rehabilitation, and work with executives).
Today, I run my own online practice—with a clear focus on neurodivergent and queer lived experiences. I am neurodivergent myself and know what it feels like not to be understood—including in professional contexts.
This experience does not automatically make me a better therapist. But it ensures that I look more closely—and that I do not reduce people to symptoms, roles, or diagnoses.
